Renovation and massive extention (within permitted build) of a "One up and One Down" delapated building, comprising of an old cellar and wine preperation room, outside toliet and Vinyard.
The client was keen to be off grid, so the team are using the site to experiment with solutions for zero emmission build and living.

A delightful lower budget build were recucling and up cycling was the name of the game.
Beatufully converted a derilict wine cellar into a modern living space across multiple floors uterlising the gradient
of the land to the clients advantage.
