When JOT was presented the opportunity to repurpose and upgade a listed building in a city center location, the team embraced the issues and opportunities in equal measure. Retaining features and the over all charature of the site whild=st incorporating the latest concepts from space planning to materials. Re purposing of a decling legacy site. 

Renovation and extention of a mid- century home.
 

Renovation of the appartmnet block roof space to create two duplex appartments. Whilst the chimney stacks were not in use, so the team set about to maximise the space creating stunning 180 degree views over the city.
