The result of a thorough analise of the developers needs within the urban context. JOT undertook full evuation of the street structure, existing buildings, wind directions, sunlight, underground water streams, to create this fully sustainable mixed office park.

Back to the office following COVID.

Redesigning office Interior following the pandemic to encourage staff to return to work. JOT retained to craft a Gen-Z frendily Interior with a limited budget for a tier 1 management consultant.

Listed building - Opportunity or handcuffs.

When JOT was presented the opportunity to repurpose and upgade a listed building in a city center location, the team embraced the issues and opportunities in equal measure. Retaining features and the over all charature of the site whild=st incorporating the latest concepts from space planning to materials. Re purposing of a decling legacy site.

Infopark Budapest.

A lighthouse project sitting on the banks of the Dunube. A massive undertaking for the team, completely at the other end of the scale from the listed build above. JOT worked with the German client and their exacting space uterlisation demands to produce the feature rich work and retail space.

water circuit for astetics, heating an cooling the different buildings.
The Client’s build brief required circa. 40% more land than available, so the design team used underground space for functions that did not require daylight.
